About Us

The sites focus is to provides advice to the LEAN CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES (LCP®) Community. It was born from the "ashes" of an internal network of a major UK national construction engineering company - which was sold, The Intranet pages provided information to others in training and support in attempting the LEAN (LCP®) journey.

We endeavour to apply a strict filter will apply to all posted Q & A intending that no information of a personal or offensive nature is posted. All Q & A's are anonymous - LCP® techniques will continue to be updated following the practice and experience gained on working with live construction Projects and Organisations.
