LEAN Cascade

Defining "Cascade" to the Supply Chain

Who are the key players in the Supply Chain and what is their LEAN experience? Ask yourself these Questions

LEAN Flow

LEAN Cascade process

Think about ALL the training and joint workshorps held with your Client - is his staff really the key players? - chances they are not and you are missing the key members of the supply chain. Who are Keyplayers? Many small subcontractors staff will react with passion to the training and new ideas, they have the most to offer and are an easy win. Ask yourself why have you not asked them to join - probably because of a lack of confidence in your ability to project manage the scheme. Holding the joint sessions will build a strong - wider - team. What about cost? Often this will envolve little expense and bring huge savings in value and commitment. Seems a "no brainer" but often the relationship with the main Client and main contractor is protected. Take a leap of LEAN and move forward. What do we get out of this? Highlight what has been achieved - raise the goals and trend impovements. Make the process FLOW and dynamic.FLOE in LEAN LCPlEAN Puzzle

Don't forget the cascade needs to introduce all parts of the puzzle in the CASCADE to OTHERS.
